a) SC PRIME will collect, store, and process your personal data strictly in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.

b) You consent, that we, where applicable, will forward your personal details to any entity who are deputed to assist in respect of the resolution of your claims.

c) Any Solicitor assigned to your case will have their own separate terms and conditions, which you must review and agree to directly with them, thereafter, you will be invited to endorse.

1. Cooling-Off Period and Cancellation Policy
   You have the right to cancel your claim within 14 daysfrom the date of signing the agreement (the “Cooling-Off Period”) without incurring any charges.
2. Amendments to Terms
   SC PRIME reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be communicated to you in a timely manner.
3. Agreement and Acknowledgment
   In the event of a total loss vehicle damage claim, you agree that we will deduct 10% of the total recovered amount from the third-party insurance settlement. This deduction applies only to total loss claims. By proceeding with the claim, you accept these terms.
